Day 2!

Hello, hello! It's day 2 of the challenge, so like a good Monday should be, let's get this going! :)

Day 2-Meaning behind your blog name

A Little Pink in the Cornfields is supposed to be a throwback to my homestate, and my girlie-ness... There really isn't anything else to explain besides that. No, I do not live on a farm and there is not fields of corn in my backyard (although there is a couple blocks away...). Yes, I love pink and am a pretty typical girlie girl. If something comes in pink, I probably want it.

So, that's the meaning behind my blog name. What's the meaning behind yours?

I always wondered what it meant and now I know!

My title comes from our first dance song...Sister Hazel's This Kind of Love :)

Have a great day girlie!

The meaning behind Lisa's Yarns is that it's a place for my stories, aka yarns. And then the double meaning behind it is how much I enjoy knitting/making things w/ yarns. Although I don't knit as much lately...

I love the name of your blog, and I love pink too! :)

The story behind mine is pretty boring. I set insertmyblognamehere up as a fairly generic URL since I couldn't decide what to call my blog and figured that I could then name my blog whatever I wanted and change it if necessary. But then people liked that as a name - so it just stuck!
