Wedding Wednesday

I have the best friends in the world that created the sweetest scrapbook for me documenting our wedding day!

This lovely tradition of scrapbooking started in my group of friends over 10 years ago for birthdays. We were all in undergrad and probably poor, so we began putting together scrapbooks for birthday presents! We do not do it for every birthday, but we do tend to put them together for special occasions. Such as weddings (totally just typed weedings).

Take a look at what they came up with for me! I love it!

Sorry for the glare!

This was my first "Wedding Wednesday" post. I'm not sure if I will post more, but we'll see!

Do you like to scrapbook? I'm not a huge fan of it, but I do really enjoyed the finished product!

Wow, that is amazing! What an awesome gift! I love that your friends do that occasionally for birthdays and special events, like weddings! I do not enjoy scrapbooking because I do not have a creative bone in my body. I did make scrapbooks of my study abroad time in Australia and my New Zealand trip while I was studying abroad, and I once made a scrapbook for a friend for her 21st birthday but that's it. I don't think I will ever make one again, especially now that it's so easy to put together photo books (well, if you make the time to sit down and do it!) that I'd probably do that if I was to do anything. But - if my friends did something like this, I would totally contribute pages to it, I just couldn't make an entire scrapbook on my own.

Oh, what a sweet gift!
I used to scrapbook but don't find much time for it anymore. I have more important projects to tend to ;) but for special occasions (wedding, vacation) it's nice to put it in book form :)

This is so awesome! I used to scrapbook back in college, but don't really make time for it... instead blogging has pretty much taken over. Which is too bad in a way because I have a half finished scrapbook from my time in France my junior year of college, plus a ton of supplies, so I'd still love to go back and finish it eventually.

So neat! I used to scrapbook a lot; my mom and I had "scrap nights," but between marriage a few years ago and everything else, it fell by the way side. One of these days I'm going to pick up all my mom's craft stuff and hopefully be inspired to get started again. The finished products are always so pretty. LOVE the tradition between you and your friends; they did a great job :)
