Is this guy for real?

Below is an email that was sent last night to my Match.com account. This is what I am talking about when I say generic, copy and pasted emails that are mass distributed by men. Sigh. His account was gone today so I didn't even get to see his picture!

Keep the success stories coming because I'm beginning to think this is a lost cause.

I am still emailing with that one guy I was hoping to hear from, but I'm just so skeptical. I'm doing my best to stay open minded yet not hold too many expectations too soon.

Hope this email gives you a good laugh.... Good night all! :)

I never beleive in love at first Sight until i got to your profile.
i try to forget you but it seems coz you were like a music that keeps playing in my head.you looks like an angel that comes from above and a flowers that blooms in spring and have the most beautiful lips as red as an apple.how could i forget you? if when i sleep you still in my memories.in my dream you smile at me and touch my face your lips meet my lips.then i suddenly hear your voice telling me that you love me.then i open my eyes wide like an owl how could i forget those cute eyes it's like a diamond in the sky.but still it's just a dream
I have realize that god used you as an instrument to make me realize that i can still love. that's why i wrote this poem so i can thank you for opening my eyes and my heart that love at first sight is true.

Can we make this dream a reality?

Can we start as friends and see what happens?

My subscription will end today and i dont intend coming back.Lets get connected on my private email:
XXXXX@talkmatch.com

I looking forward to reading from you soon.

Ew ew ew....he's a generic creeper. I bet he had to suspend his account because he found out "To Catch a Predator" was looking for him!

GAGGING!!

Seriously? Yikes.

Ok, people really do meet great people on these sites. And I am hoping that happens for you because I need some good stories instead of the horror stories.

Like when I cancelled a coffee date with a guy because my grandfather passed and he accused me of making up the death of my grandfather. I would have loved to see the look on his face when he opened up the email w/ a link to my grandpa's obit.

I just read that 1 in 8 marriages these days are a result of online dating. So it must be working for some people!!

Just found your blog and think it is great! :)
I tried Match once. I was so discouraged and irritated after the first 2 months that I canceled before my 3 month subscription was even up. I met a couple of nice people but never met anyone I would date. Maybe I am too picky. (Naaa) The irritating part was the tons of emails you get that must not even read your profile because they have none of the qualities you say want. And I got the copy paste emails too. One guy sent me the identical email 3 times...
Didn't work for me however I know people that have had luck with eHarmony. I am going to pass though. When God is good and ready to send me someone, he will!

I think your blog is great too. As for my successful dating story, I meet my husband on eharmony about 4 years ago. I'd been on and off various dating sites for a couple of years and had my share of disasterous dates. He had only been on eharmony for a month and I was the second person he'd met from it.
