Tiffany tagged me for the Versatile Blogger award! Thank you! This award is perfect for my blog because it is very versatile... which, for my blog is a nice way to describe inconsistent! If you're looking for daily or weekly features ALPITC is not where you're gonna find it! ;)
The rules are to accept, link back and thank the blogger that awarded me, then tell 7 things about myself and tag 15 other lovely bloggers.
1. Like Tiffany, I am also a shorty and only 5'3. I love heels!
2. I love to read, and would much rather sit with a book then watch tv.
3. I just started grad school after being out of school for over 6 years.
4. I have an 1/8th of American Indian in me, but you would never know it looking at me. If you saw my dad it would make sense. Wish I got his dark(er) skin!
5. I love cheese. I could eat cheese everyday. It's seriously bad, I'm sure I would drop a ton of weight if I could just cut cheese out of my diet!
6. I love kids. Just, love them! I would almost rather spend my time with kids than adults. I love how I am naturally a kid at heart and hope I do not lose that when I begin working with them daily.
7. I have no problem dropping $60 at Target on a regular basis but will debate on a new pair of $60 shoes for days. If I could just budget myself a little better while shopping at Target or Walmrt I could have a lot more new clothes...
Here's who I tag!
(yes, those are three different Ambers!)
woot! congrats to the winners and congrat to you lovely!

It's so nice to know that I am not alone in the land of the short people! :) It's nice to find a few things out about you that I didn't know before. We seem to have several things in common. I also love to read and I am also descended from American Indians, Cherokee to be specific. Luckily, I did get the skin tone which comes in handy during the summer b/c I never burn. I have noticed that as I get older though, my skin tone tends to lighten a bit (especially during the winter) whereas when I was a kid I was dark year-round. Bummer!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you when it comes to number 7! Every time I walk into Target I end up coming out of there with at least 50 dollars of stuff.
ReplyDeleteOh yay! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tag! It was fun to read fun facts about you! I am also a bit obsessed w/ cheese....
ReplyDeleteAwww, you tagged me - I love you!

Now time for this inconsistent blogger to get busy!
Thanks for the award hon! x
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tag girlie!
ReplyDeleteI'm the say way about spending money...I won't mind spending $60 on more than one thing but get buyer's remorse if I spend the same amount on one item!
yay thanks! And I am the same way about cuying clothes at Target or buying higher quality clothes. Im all about more for my buck these days.
ReplyDeleteMy dad has dark skin too (he's bohemian and irish, so i don't know how that came about) and I got my moms pale skin :( Not fair! hah.
ReplyDeletelmao at "yes, those are three different ambers!"
ReplyDeleteI love that we all follow each other and that all of the amber's are some of my favorite bloggers. :)
Cheese.is.good.
xo.
Thanks for the award! Although I have to warn you, I've been pretty awful at posting awards lately. But I'll do my best to share on my blog within the next week (although month is probably a better estimate). But even so, I really do appreciate the thought!
