Conference call pet peeve...

I'm sure this happens with every company, but you know what really pushes my buttons? When you're on a conference call with 20+ other people and one person has a page full of very specific questions that only apply to themselves. Don't ya think you should ask those during a one-on-one conversation or even email?
Just saying, why waste everyone's time just because you want to hear yourself talk?
